- Biography
Richard is a 3rd year law student at Golden Gate University with a passion for justice in the American workplace. A Law Clerk at Kumin Sommers since May 2010, he comes from several generations of dedicated union workers and brings a keen eye and an open mind to each case. He has been working primarily in the field of employment law since beginning law school, as well as assisting in a variety of other matters including medical marijuana, personal injury and bankruptcy. He was the 2L class representative on the GGU Student Bar Association for the 2009-2010 school year and is a consistent Dean’s List student with a bright future ahead in the legal profession.
