October, 2008 – Kumin Sommers LLP partner Matthew Kumin named KRON-4 Television’s “Best of the Bay” Small Business Attorney for San Francisco County.

March 13, 2008 – Matthew Kumin settled a wrongful death case for $1,250,000. Surviving family members of the decedent, a 63 year old man, who left behind a wife of 39 years, three grown and married children, and 10 grandchildren, were pleased that the case resolved without a trial.
